  • Sourcing Excellence: We procure raw materials directly from sustainable farms and verified forest collectors, inspecting each lot at the origin for maturity and physical parameters.

  • Physical Verification: Upon arrival at our facility, materials are cleaned, mechanical sorters remove foreign matter, and botanical identity is matched with official scientific nomenclature.

  • Laboratory Testing: Material samples are sent to NABL-accredited laboratories to verify chemical and microbial purity grades.

2. Comprehensive Lab Testing Parameters

We ensure that our raw products are free from contaminants and meet global commercial thresholds. Our testing includes:

  • Heavy Metal Analysis: Testing for Lead, Arsenic, Mercury, and Cadmium to ensure compliance with international threshold limits.

  • Microbiological Profile: Screening for E. coli, Salmonella, Yeast, and Mold to guarantee clean technical shelf-life.

  • Contaminant Screening: Ensuring raw botanical batches are free from harmful chemical pesticide residues and herbicides.

  • Active Assay Verification: Checking active alkaloid profiles and industrial component markers of bulk roots and herbal mesh powders.

3. Export Documentation & Compliance

  • Phytosanitary Certificate: Issued per consignment by the Plant Quarantine Department, ensuring complete compliance with destination biosecurity laws.

  • Certificate of Analysis (COA): Comprehensive lab reports detailing heavy metals, microbial, and assay parameters. (Note: Complete third-party lab COAs and quality documentation are strictly complimentary for standard commercial MOQs only. For sub-MOQ evaluation volumes or small-batch orders, certified laboratory testing and dynamic quality documentation are not included by default and can only be facilitated upon request subject to standard laboratory testing fees).

  • Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS): Detailed technical data sheets regarding industrial handling, storage protocols, and transport safety.

  • Certificate of Origin: Official verification of the authentic Indian origin of the agricultural commodity.
