  • Modifications: We reserve the right to update our services, product listings, and these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information & Usage

  • Reseller Status: HUB HERB INDIA acts as a distributor and reseller. We do not manufacture the branded products listed.

  • Accuracy: While we strive for 100% accuracy in botanical names and descriptions, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.

  • Health Disclaimer: Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Users must consult a healthcare professional before use.

3. Orders & Commercial Terms

  • Acceptance: An order receipt does not signify our acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or export restrictions.

  • Payment: For retail, full payment is required at checkout. For Wholesale/B2B, orders are processed based on the agreed-upon Proforma Invoice and SWIFT/Wire transfer terms.

  • Growbiz Entity: All international commercial transactions are legally handled by our parent entity, Growbiz International.

4. Shipping, Export & Global Compliance

  • Logistics: We make every effort to deliver on time via partners like DHL/FedEx. However, we are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or international transit issues.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders (e.g., EU, USA), the buyer is the Importer of Record and is responsible for all import duties, VAT, and local taxes.

  • Compliance: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the botanical products ordered are legal for import into their destination country.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • As-Is Basis: Our website and services are provided “as is” without any warranties.

  • Liability Cap: In no event shall HUB HERB INDIA or Growbiz International be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits) arising from the use of our products or website.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the Laws of India.

  • Legal Venue: Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi, India.

7. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.
