  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery Timeline: 3-7 business days.

  • Partial COD: Available with a 20% non-refundable advance. The balance is payable at delivery.

  • Sea Freight: Most cost-effective for bulk herbs and spices (250kg to Full Container Load).

  • Incoterms: We support FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) terms for seamless international trade.

To ensure the potency and aroma of our Ayurvedic products remain intact:

  • Moisture Protection: High-micron HDPE bags and vacuum sealing.

5. Tracking & Delivery Support

  • Real-time Tracking: A tracking ID is shared via email/SMS as soon as the package is dispatched.

  • Undelivered Orders: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 4 days.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure the country code and postal code are 100% accurate for international shipments to avoid rerouting fees.
